Senior's Spotlight

As a SRES Specialist, I have received extensive education on topics such as tax laws, probate, estate planning, equity conversion strategies, and can offer you relevant information on current market trends as well as valuable resources regarding Real Estate transactions.

I send letters to possible sellers 50+. If you want to be in my mailing list, I would love to have add you. I am a resource if you want to sell your home.

I can provide you with a customized approach to your real estate needs. I have both the knowledge and real estate experience to serve as your trusted adviser through the unique financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating and selling your family home.

Here are some of the past letters I have sent out.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and offer my services to those of you to whom this letter hits home. I have always specialized in the east and Northeast areas of Pensacola that are a part of my heritage and life. I became a Senior Real Estate specialist by necessity. My parents and my friends parents seemed to continually be facing the same scenarios that come with their stage in life. As a result I have been involved in over fifty sales involving seniors. Last year I sold eight homes involving seniors in your neighborhoods alone.

Is it time to sell your home?

Are you thinking of selling your home to move to a senior supportive Environment? Or perhaps to move in with an adult son or daughter who can help with your needs as you grow older? You may be considering leaving the family home with all that it represents—the place where children were raised; the safety and security of a family unit; the physical space where your oldest and dearest memories reside.

For seniors, it can signify the best years of their lives, where friends and community ties were made.

Many seniors would prefer to continue living in their own home in their sunset years.

Sometimes, circumstances work against those preferences:

• Home maintenance becomes a burden.

• A major life event forces considering a move.

• An aging parent wants to live closer to adult children or other caretakers.

• Financial concerns make it difficult to keep the home.

• Support services are needed that are not available at home.

Whatever the reason, there may come a time when parents, along with their adult children, consider selling and moving on.I have the knowledge, expertise and sensitivity to counsel you through the major financial and lifestyle transitions. This is the time of year to address these concerns. Please call me for a private consultation at 850-501-0771.

Respectfully

Senior Real Estate Specialist

Your home has served you well for over thirty years and as your Senior Real Estate Specialist I want you to consider your options. As we enter 2016 home values on average are the highest they have been in nine years. The interest rate continues to be low at about 4.5% despite constant promises by the FED to raise them. For many their home is their greatest asset. If you are at the stage of life to consider downsizing, relocating to family or an assisted living facility there is no better time than NOW. It was very difficult to sell homes during the recession and values were way down. We have finally turned the corner. The problem with values rising fast is that it reduces potential buyer’s affordability. When interest rates go up that also affects how much home buyers get because payments go up. If you’re getting this letter you have lived in your home for over thirty years and you live in a good location. I have been a Senior Real Estate specialist for over five years, have sold homes for numerous seniors and have personally dealt with these issues with both of my parents. If you believe this would be an opportune time for you to make a change and if you would like my assistance please call me at 501-0771 or email me at Bill@easthillbill.com.

Respectfully,
